1. Services
LeadEstate provides buyer and seller lead opportunity packages to real estate agents. Our services include sourcing and delivering lead opportunities in your selected target market on a monthly subscription basis.
2. No Guarantee of Results
LeadEstate does not guarantee closings, appointments, commissions, or any specific transaction outcomes. Lead quality, quantity, and availability vary by market and source. Results depend on the agent's follow-up speed, sales process, market conditions, and local competition.
3. Lead Delivery
Leads are delivered on a weekly basis in the format agreed upon at onboarding. Lead volume is an estimate and may vary month to month. Contact details are included when available through our sources.
4. Subscription and Billing
Plans are billed monthly. Founder pricing plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. Final billing terms are confirmed upon plan selection and market availability check. No setup fees apply to standard monthly plans.
5. Agent Responsibilities
Agents are responsible for compliant follow-up with all leads delivered. This includes compliance with applicable telemarketing, email, and real estate advertising laws. LeadEstate is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadEstate's liability for any claim related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the current month's subscription. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
